Test/Review and Retest Procedures
Testing
- To schedule a date and time to take the COMPASS, contact the Assessment Center at 573-334-0826x6509.
- The testing fee for the COMPASS is $30.00.
- Please be prepared to show a photo ID at the time of your COMPASS.
- The COMPASS will take approximately 2 hours to complete.
Review
If you would like assistance reviewing for the COMPASS:
· Contact the Adult Education and Literacy Center in your community.
o The AEL Center in Cape Girardeau is located at 301 North Clark, Room 113.
o A 20-hour COMPASS review program is provided free of charge where you can work at your own pace and within your own schedule.

o WIN courseware is provided free of charge at the Cape Girardeau Career & Technology Center. Please call 573-334-0826x6509 for more information.
Retest
· You may choose to retest one time at a cost of $30.00.
· You must wait at least 30 days between test dates.
· Call the Assessment Center at 573-334-0826x6509 to schedule a retest.
