
The library is open for tutoring on Monday's, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:45-4:40. Teachers are on duty to assist and motivate student. Bus transportation is available.


Members of Cape Central FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) traveled to Springfield MO for the MO State Leadership Conference. These students had already competed at the district level and had advanced to state competition. Over 5,000 attended from 400 chapters across the state.
Cape FBLA brought home the following awards:

Alex Moyers-Warren - 6th Intro to Marketing
Jason Zhang - 7th Intro to Business Calculations
Anshula Vanteddu - 9th in Who's Who in FBLA
Mrs. Taylor said "I am extremely proud of all the kids that attended. We learned a lot and had some fun. These kids will change the world!"

CHS EOC Testing started today and the students did great! Just a reminder, EOC testing will continue through May 3rd.


Saturday morning junior high and high school Beta Clubs teamed up for Friends of the Parks, cleaning and sprucing up Capaha Park. Thank you all!




All afterschool activities are canceled for today (4/18/24) due to the threat of severe weather. We will still have Cub Club.


All activities, including the play, have been cancelled because of incoming weather. Tickets for tonight's play will be honored Saturday at 2:00.

Announcing the Cape Central All School Booster Club Golf Tournament on Friday July 12th! We are trying to grow the club and get more visibility because the booster club is not just for athletics, that it is for all school so all support would be appreciated!
We are having club and sports leaders come work the golf holes this summer so they can introduce themselves to community members and get some more one-on-one out there!

Mrs. Woodson's Algebra A students completed a Scatter Plot and Lines of Best-Fit mystery activity by collecting data on how far they can jump and measuring their height to identify the thief at the museum.

Mrs. Crenshaw and Ms. Hull took the following participants to the district speech, debate and performance competition in St. Genevieve on Saturday, March 16, 2024.
Yulianna Orellana Peralto placed 5th in International Extempt competition.
Breyanah Colman - placed 2nd in Poetry and qualified for the state competition.
Anshula Vanteddu - placed 2nd in Radio and qualified for state competition.

Congratulations to our Concert and Symphonic Orchestra students who participated in MSHSAA state contest. Both groups earned an Exemplary (Gold) rating! Symphonic Orchestra received an Exemplary rating across the board from all four judges! Congratulations Mr. Hacey and all the orchestra students!
